What is the Natural GLOW Box?

The Natural GLOW Box was curated for moms, busy women, entrepreneurs, teachers, pretty much anyone looking for some intentional self care time! Your monthly box will include a mix of beauty and/or self care essentials delivered directly to your doorstep every month. Enjoy carefully selected products to produce a Natural GLOW!

How much does it cost?

A monthly subscription start at $38.95 plus shipping. Please note that sales tax will be charged for orders placed with a shipping address in a state in which we operate. Currently, sales tax will be charged for orders shipping to Texas.

How does billing work?

Upon subscribing, you will be charged immediately for your first box. After your first box has shipped, you’ll begin with our regular billing cycle.

For the Natural GLOW Box  monthly subscription, we bill regularly on the 1st and ship around the 25th of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so that you may follow your box’s progress.

I just subscribed, when will I receive my first box?

If you subscribe before the 22nd of any given month, your first box will be ship with 2-3 business days. Your following boxes will ship on or about the 25th of each month.

When are boxes shipped each month?

All boxes are shipped around the 25th of each month. Your box should arrive within an estimated 2-4 business days via USPS Priority Shipping

How can I cancel my subscription?

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your monthly subscription, login into your account and select "Edit" under Your Subscriptions. From there you can cancel your subscription. Please note that if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's box and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. 

How do I receive a refund?

Due to the personal nature of body care products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, if the box or any of the products were damaged during shipment please contact us at support@shopnaturaljewels.com and we will work with you to solve any problems.
